Damian has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is actively involved in the business on a day to day basis. He focuses on managing key Client Relationships and overseas the growth and development of the business, ensuring successful delivery of their projects.
Declan oversees the commercial team and ensures the timely management of the financial and practical aspects of our projects. He controls and monitors all cost planning objectives, checks supply chain for compliance, and ensures all payments are made in accordance with agreements. All projects are delivered within approved budgets and on time.
Mairéad is the company SHEQ Manager and is responsible for managing the safety, health, environmental and quality system ensuring compliance across all company projects. With over 30 years’ experience across a wide range of industries, she supervises and coordinates work systems to ensure that the products and services meet the highest quality standards, comply with sustainability objectives and a safe working environment is maintained in compliance with best industry practice.
